Michael Hauge serves as Founder & CEO of LearningLeaders. He also hosts the Language of Leadership Podcast and serves as editor at WISE - Weekly Insights for Schools and Education.
Before founding LearningLeaders in 2014, Mr. Hauge worked in the finance and technology industries with Crimson Investment, a middle-market private equity firm, and AAC Technologies, a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company and a global-leading mobile acoustic component designer and manufacturer.
At Crimson he supported portfolio company operations, marketing, and geographic expansion. At AAC he reported directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, leading analysis of acquisition and partnership opportunities in the mobile technology sector.
Mr. Hauge is an active member of the Deerfield Academy, Dartmouth College, and Fudan University Alumni networks.
Mr. Hauge graduated from Dartmouth in three years, majoring in Economics and Asian Studies, as well as competing on the Varsity Squash team and serving as the President of the Dartmouth Society of Investment and Economics. Upon graduation, the Chinese government awarded him a scholarship to study at Fudan University, a top-3 university in China. At Deerfield Academy, he was Class President for four years, Student Body President in his senior year, and was awarded the Head of School Prize.
Mr. Hauge grew up in New Jersey, USA, and lived in Shanghai, China, for over a decade. He currently resides in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
