One Strike

Without a full preamble here, let’s just say that this past week has been a particularly challenging one for women everywhere. Not just this week, but every week. This past week just was a reminder of the value that we must place on workplace behavior and treatment of others. Please note:

Sexual harassment will not be tolerated at LearningLeaders.

If you are found to be sexually harassing a colleague, you will be asked to leave the company. This is a ‘one strike’ policy. There are no second chances.

If you have any questions about whether the behavior you are engaging in or are about to engage in counts as sexual harassment, just stop.

If you are not sure what defines sexual harassment, come talk to me.

If you are unsure that you can work in a place that will fire partners for sexual harassment, then you should not be here.

If you encounter a situation where you feel violated/harassed/attacked in any form, you should: 1) tell you managers, 2) know the incident will be treated confidentially, 3) know that LearningLeaders will take appropriate action based on the outcome of the investigation.
